Listed below are planned dates for the Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Clinic to be conducted by the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, John W. Keys Speech and Hearing Center, Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Clinic. The dates fall on Friday of each month from September 2009 thru June 2010. The clinics are held at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, John W. Keys Speech and Hearing Center, 1200 N. Stonewall Street and at the College of Dentistry, 1201 North Stonewall, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Clinic begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. at the Keys Center, where patients are seen for speech screening and audiological evaluations. At approximately 9:30 a.m. patients are sent to the College of Dentistry (across the street) where they are evaluated by the remaining healthcare professional team members.
